400% YoY growth

We took an independent local retailer with big ambitions through a marketing and brand audit and discovered a route to market that would lead them to become Ireland’s biggest supplier of sheds and outdoor buildings. The ShedFactory is a retail success story with digital at it’s heart. Utilising big data and research, the Irish market for quality sheds was wide open for a local retailer to become a market-leader in providing quality sheds through trust and first-mover advantage in digital. The League of Extraordinary Advertising identified a route-to-market and created a brand and digital marketing strategy that consolidated the ShedFactory’s place as Ireland’s biggest shed manufacturer.

A heady mix of search, display, remarketing, social and content creation has grown this company YoY 400%. Last year the ShedFactory took the bold decision to enter the ecommerce market and instructed the League of Extraordinary Advertising to undertake the project management and design of the new responsive site.

Developed on magento, the site CMS is easily managed and updated. With conversion optimisation and split-testing functionality included, the Shed Factory site is converting large ticket sales across all devices – securely. We also developed specialist magento seo and google adwords campaigns for the Shed Factory, geo-targeting Ireland north & south in respective currencies and search terminology, we also promote google shopping campaigns for the UK market with maximum impact. We devised a social strategy for lead generation and brand awareness that has seen their Facebook community become one of the largest in it’s sector.

Shed loads of data, building a retail picture for future growth.
